01 · Who we outfit

Built for teams,
fitted for people.

One provider or a whole incoming class. Every order is planned around the people wearing it, not around a size chart.

02 · The line

The spec sheet,
not the catalog.

We keep the range focused so every piece holds up to daily wear and industrial laundering, then make each one yours with embroidery, color and finishing.

before it’s sewn.

Upload your practice, hospital or program logo, size it in real inches, add names and thread colors, then send the proof with your quote. It’s the same spec our digitizers work from.

04 · How an order runs

From roster
to hand-out.

Most uniform orders arrive as a box of sizes. Ours arrive as a box of people.

  1. 01

    Fit kit

We send try-on samples in every size so your team can choose before anything is sewn.

  2. 02

    Roster & proof

You send one spreadsheet of names, titles and sizes. We digitize your logo and return a sewn proof for sign-off.

  3. 03

    Sewn & checked

Each coat is embroidered, then checked against the roster line by line for spelling, credentials and size.

  4. 04

    Sorted by person

Garments arrive bagged and labeled by name, grouped by department or class, ready to hand out.

05 · White coat ceremonies

The first coat
should fit.

For many students, the coat they receive on stage is the first piece of their profession they own. We work with program offices to size every student ahead of time, embroider names and program crests, and deliver coats sorted for the procession.

Enter your ceremony date to see a typical schedule worked back from the day.

06 · Ongoing programs

Set it up once.
Reorder for years.

For practices and health systems that outfit people all year, not just once.

01

Your standards, on file

Logos, thread colors, placements and approved styles are saved once, so the coat ordered next year matches the coat ordered today.

02

New hires without a new project

Send a name and a size when someone joins. Their coat matches the rest of the team, with no minimum to meet.

03

One invoice, many departments

Order across departments or campuses and receive consolidated billing with orders broken out the way your finance team needs.
